Anti-'quackbuster' champion needs info

Tim Bolen, the courageous consumer advocate who has spearheaded the campaign to discredit the self-proclaimed "Quackbuster" Stephen Barrett, is asking for help compiling information he and his associates need to take the fight to the next level.

In an appeal distributed to his supporters and contacts, Bolen noted, "I'm collecting 'threats' of any kind, from chief quackpot Stephen Barrett, made against members of the Health Freedom movement (or anyone)." He says he already has a "good sized stack" of names, but wants to make sure he hasn't missed any of Barrett's victims.

Bolen also asked if anyone is getting ready to depose the National Council Against Health Fraud (NCAHF) president Bobbie Baratz on any type of case in the United States. "We have some questions we'd like answered," Bolen explained, "and his answers will probably, in my opinion, provide all the impeachment you could ask for."

Bolen is also seeking a valid address for previous NCAHF President William London, as well as information on Paul Lee, a "Quackbuster" devotee who hosts an anti-chiropractic Internet site.

If you have any information that might be of use to Bolen, send it to the World Chiropractic Alliance or directly to Bolen.
